before move-in

• [ ] routine doctor’s & dental visit
  • check in with student health for specific to-do’s (vaccinations, tests, etc.)
  • log medications
  • take care of that smile!
  • don’t forget your eyes (maybe get a new prescription, i know i needed one)
• [ ] gather passport, ID, and other important documents
  • have digital & physical copies in a safe place
  • essential if you’ll be traveling
  • identification & socials necessary for job applications
• [ ] confirm financial aid rewards & tuition payment plan
  • file appeals if necessary
  • consult your aid office

after move-in

• [ ] clean your living area!!!
  • vacuum/mop/sweep floors
  • sanitize/dust surfaces
  • make bed with clean sheets/bedding
  • clean bathroom area
  • check common areas, divide and conquer
• [ ] explore campus & try to locate classes before first day
  • annotate a map with your class location
  • try google/apple maps!
  • identify study spots + local food spots to try
  • note how long it takes to walk/bike/scooter to different areas on campus
• [ ] discuss living agreement with roommate (+ RA)
  • you’ll most likely discuss this with your RA
